We are consulting on a proposal to reduce the Published Admission Number (PAN) at West Thornton Primary School, Rosecourt Road, Croydon CR0  from September 2025.  

The reason for the reduction is that historically pupil numbers have not exceeded 120 for at least 3+ years Informal Local Authority (LA) caps are already in place but adjusting the PAN will give the school more certainty. The LA have indicated they would support 4 form as other local schools have capacity Formally reducing the PAN will give the school greater certainty and allow it to plan most effectively.

There are no other material changes to our proposed arrangements, so although the full draft document is included for completeness, we are not seeking feedback on any other aspect of these arrangements.
